Returns 30 days
Any item can be returned 30 days after delivery, no questions asked.
- Garment with some fault/defect: send us a photo and we will send you a new one at no cost.
- Size change:
- If you need another size, please contact us through this mail and we will help you with the process. You have up to 30 days to return the item.
- Send the garment with the wrong size to our warehouse at the address: C/ Felipe Rinaldi. Block 4. Lower Right. Morón de la Frontera, 41530 (Seville) please send us the order number and the new size you want by mail. We will send it to you paying for the shipping.
- We will do everything as soon as possible, so that you can enjoy your animal spirit in the streets as soon as possible.
- Return for any reason: if you are not interested in the garment for any reason, send it in the same condition in which it arrived to the address mentioned above and we will refund the total amount of the purchase.
The cost of shipping to the warehouse is on your own. Shipping of the new size is free. In any case, it is totally free if it is a failure in the garment.
